We have complete confidence in every product in this catalogue and therefore have no hestitation in offering you a ‘no quibble’ guarantee. Great care is taken by our staff to ensure your books arrive in a satisfactory condition. Should this not be the case, please return the damaged items within 5 days of receipt and we will replace it or offer a full refund, whichever you prefer.
NB Some titles, which are published and/or imported from overseas occasionally arrive in a substandard condition. This is regrettably beyond our control.

We would like to retain your details to fulfil your order, for internal marketing and analysis and to contact you about other products and services, from Subbuteo Natural History Books and CJ WildBird Foods. If you do not want your information used in this way, please inform us when you write or call. For your peace of mind, please note that we do not sell or make available your information to any third party for its own use.

For your peace of mind

We will not cash your cheque or charge your debit card until your goods are ready for despatch. In the event that a book title is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified and your order either cancelled or held against incoming deliveries. Your payment will then either be returned or held as a credit balance until your order can be fulfilled.
